In the injection technique, cavities are created by injecting a fluid into thick-walled component areas that are still molten. Either GAS (GIT) or water (WIT) can be used as the driving fluid. Our expertise includes classic gas injection technology as well as secondary cavity and press-back processes.

Multi-cavity technology is a decisive factor for efficient series production in the injection molding process. Several identical or different mold cavities are arranged in a single injection mold so that several parts can be produced simultaneously with each shot.
